1. Privacy Policy:

POLYMEC SL informs users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and customers that may be collected through browsing or contracting services via its website. In this regard, POLYMEC SL guarantees compliance with current legislation on personal data protection, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation implementing the LOPD. The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Collection, Purpose, and Processing of Data:

POLYMEC SL has a duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may occur either through email or by filling in the forms included on the website. In this sense, POLYMEC SL will be considered the controller of the data collected through the aforementioned means. Likewise, POLYMEC SL informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes responding to user requests, maintaining a contact list, providing services, managing business relationships, and other related purposes.
All automated or non-automated operations, managements, and technical procedures that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions regarding personal data are considered personal data processing.
All personal data collected through POLYMEC SL’s website, and therefore considered as such processing, will be included in the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by POLYMEC SL.

POLYMEC SL informs users that their personal data will not be shared with third parties, except when such transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when providing a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to a third party when POLYMEC SL has the express consent of the user.

Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data grants data subjects a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data are processed by POLYMEC SL, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current data protection legislation.
To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written communication, providing documentation that verifies their identity (DNI or passport), to the following address: POLYMEC SL, Pol. Ind. Los Torraos, c/ Extremadura 5, 30562 Ceutí, Murcia, Spain, or the address that replaces it in the General Data Protection Register.
This communication must include the following information: user’s full name, the request being made, address, and supporting data. The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may also be exercised by a legally authorized representative, in which case documentation proving such representation must be provided.
